Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.  

 

Domestic Shipping Policy.  

We ship via priority mail. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days then it takes an additional 2-5 days for carrier to deliver. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays except when there is a high volume like during restocks. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Due to nationwide shortages, sea moss gel maybe packaged in plastic containers or jars. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment confirmation email once your label has been created. This does not mean it has shipped but it is being prepared for shipment. The shipment confirmation email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Local Pickup 

Local Pickup is available for Augusta, GA & Surrounding areas. Please be sure to provide your number and email at checkout and we will notify you when order is ready for pick up. Orders will be placed in pick up box.

Returns

No returns. All sales are final! However, if you have any issues with your order, please email us at harveyessentials@gmail.com.

 

Damages 

Harvey Essentials LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Harvey Essentials LLC is also not responsible responsible incorrect address input. If your package is damaged YOU must file a claim with the carrier. All packages are insured up to $100, file a claim with the tracking number on your packaging. Contact your local carrier for additional information on filing a “Damaged Goods” claim.
